Megan Lang

Megan is a PhD student in UC Berkeley’s Department of Agricultural and Resource Economics, focusing on issues of gender and development. She is a 2016 UC Human Rights Fellow, which supports her development of Resonate’s measurement and evaluation techniques. Megan has a BA in Economics and Diplomacy and World Affairs (summa cum laude) from Occidental College in Los Angeles, CA as well as multiple years of experience in economic consulting with Navigant Consulting. Megan’s research interests include mechanisms for promoting women’s participation in formal economies and governance systems, intrahousehold bargaining, and methods for reducing gender-based violence in homes and communities.
