Position Summary:

Resonate is planning to conduct a research study to accurately measure the impact of a leadership training for women in Rwanda and develop a more precise understanding of the mechanisms underlying its success. Therefore, Resonate will need enumerators to collect data.

Baseline survey is planned to start between January and February 2019, six-month follow-up in between July and August 2019, and one year follow-up between January and February 2020. Enumerators will be needed for about 4-6 days in each of those specified months.


  • Complete enumerator and ethics training to a satisfactory standard

  • Conduct one-on-one interviews with selected Resonate program participants, using designated survey questionnaires forms

  • Record participant responses with accuracy

  • Send complete data to the Resonate M&E team promptly

Education and Skills:

  • University education

  • Strong computer literacy including excel

  • Fluent in written and spoken Kinyarwanda and English

  • (Optional) Experience in data collection and/or survey administration
